room dust slow draining
The location was acceptable and convenient for my travel plans.
The room cleanliness was substandard. I noticed dust throughout the room. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. This was inconvenient and made simple tasks difficult, .

kind staff clean room comfortable bed good service
The staff was really kind. The room was so clean. the bed was comfortable too? i found this hotel good for families. the receptionist provided very good service. i am charmed.
The building needs renovating. It's very old and dated. there is no sound proofing between the rooms.

The check-in was quick and the front desk staff was helpful. My room was a Family Room. It was quite spacious!
The furniture in the room felt a bit worn. I noticed some dust in the corners of the room when I arrived.

worn furniture unclean bathroom
The furniture looked quite worn. I saw some clear signs of wear. the bathroom wasn't super clean. some tiles needed a good scrub. plus, the soundproofing wasn't great. I heard noise from other rooms
